• 14 to 7 Days Before Departure: 70% credit voucher or date transfer with a nominal batch fee.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: 50% credit voucher towards any future Himalayan expedition.

In the rare event that a high-altitude trek is called off prior to departure due to landslides, excessive snowstorms, or governmental forest closures, 100% of your payment is converted into a Wildways Voucher valid for 24 months across any trail.

Unused outdoor gear, apparel, and hardware in original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an instant replacement or bank refund.
