"Rules of the trail"

EXPEDITION TERMS & WILDERNESS POLICY

1. High-Altitude Participation & Health Declarations

Trekking in high-altitude Himalayan terrains involves physical endurance, altitude changes, and variable weather. Participants must submit an honest health and fitness declaration prior to joining basecamp.

2. Authority of Certified Trek Leaders

The certified Wildways expedition leader exercises full operational authority regarding daily pacing, route alterations, and emergency turn-arounds to protect human life.

3. Environmental Leave-No-Trace Conduct

Trekkers must adhere to zero-littering rules. Defacing rocks, leaving non-biodegradable plastics, or damaging flora and fauna in sanctuaries will result in immediate disenrollment from the expedition.

4. Equipment Rental & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for rented summit microspikes, down jackets, and tents. Ordinary wear and tear is accepted, while deliberate damage or loss is subject to standard replacement charges.
